This program of study prepares students for a career in Electrical Technology, with a strong emphasis on safety. Students enrolled in the electrical courses participate in the construction of the school's modular home as well as other live work experiences. Those enrolled in this course of study have the opportunity to earn up to 28 college hours in pursuit of a 2 or 4 year degree. Internships are also available to students who qualify.

**The Journeyman Electrician License is available to those students completing 1080 hours of instruction, to include the 4 Core and 4 Elective courses (see the recommended electives page for listing of eligible courses).

This program constitutes 1080 hours for completion.
